The disconnect between Bucks owner Herb Kohl and GM Larry Harris came to the surface at the trade deadline last month, when Kohl effectively vetoed a deal that could have sent Bobby Simmons, Dan Gadzuric and Charlie Bell to the New York Knicks for Zach Randolph and guard Fred Jones.
