Suns: Frees up cap for Suns ($4m or so) they have knight and Calderon to bet a vet/leader with him or a piece to package with a pick later. Thj another young asset. And move up to top 4 in draft.
Knicks: get a good all star talent at pg while shedding calderon. Also get a decent pick in Kaminsky, or lyles. Still have enough cap for top f/a and fillers.

Smart for Knicks a proven top tier at position player and a pick still just about lottery
Suns get more assets and cap. Which they will need to make moves to compete in the west

The suns will only agree to this if one of the 2 bigs falls to four, if not there is no chance of suns trading bledsoe and lottery pick for another point guard who will probably need a few years to get to bledsoes level.
