It makes sense for the Bucks but you don't give up a future assured all star with a crazy ceiling for a player who might make the all star team once or twice and has huge issues with his offense.

Actually, if your team needs something to fill a hole and you have excess in a position, you might trade future assured all star. Teams are teams, not a collection of talented players. Noel just might fit there better. It happens.

I also am not sure about future assured all star. Parker hasn't shown that yet. Especially when he has to share the load with Giannis and Middleton. They both take a lot of shots.
