And there's the Okafor for the third pick!

I don't think luwawu and joned last that long the 6ers probably go draft and stash route with the late firsts.

JJ: the Celtics aren't going to do that. The 76ers have been accumulating lottery picks for years and the best player they've gotten out of it so far is J. O., (Noel's not far behind), so why would they trade him for just another lottery pick? We get it, oak 4 #3 Simmons/ Ingram and Murray. Great idea! NOT HAPPENING!

Agree with Winston 1000000000%.

Winston, how are the 76ers getting their point guard of the future then? Why not use Okafor as a trade chip to fill a huge need this team needs. They already have Noel at Center, meanwhile Dario Saric is NBA bound as well. They have a major logjam in their frontcourt. Someone must go and the one with the highest trade value right now is Okafor. I don't think Noel has that much trade value.

Here's the deal, Is Okafor better than anyone that could be available at #3 this year? (Assuming simmons/ Ingram are gone) If your answer is yes, which mine is, then you don't trade him. The sixers aren't winning a championship next year regardless who's playing PG. the 2017 draft is deep with guards. Wait one more year, confirm Embiid is healthy, then trade Okafor for a top 10 pick in a deeper class. Again, no need to rush, the sixers will not win a championship next year.

JJ -
Next year's draft is loaded with guards and the Sixers should have two more of the "accumulated" lottery picks as Winston said. Guards are easier to find then good Big men. The Sixers don't need to be in a rush to trade any of thier guys when they honestly don't even know what they have/ who can play together until thier all healthy/ playing. If the right deal comes along sure, but the Sixers unlike a lot of the teams mentioned on here aren't expected to win anything the next year or too. Patience.

I'm literally half a bottle in on a Friday night, and even my girl, who knows nothing about basketball wouldn't trade off oak just because the frontcourt is loaded. Find another way. Sign someone. Draft Baldwin or Payton Jr, or Felder. Just don't trade the best you got to even out the rest of an otherwise mediocre roster. ( outside of Noel, and Saric, who will be better than bender), just find another way.
