I don't know if that's a great move for Sacramento. They get a starting PG, but Turner is also best with as a facilitator. Putting a PG who's not a shooter in the lineup with him negates both of their best abilities. If they're bringing in Turner to run their second unit, it could work, and they need all the talent they can get. It looks good to me for both Portland and Minnesota though.

This leaves Minnesota without a starting PG, unless they draft one (again) .

Rubio is a good starting PG. They should not trade him and rely on A rookie or Dunn.

If they trade Rubio for draft picks, they will have an extra 10 million to spend in free agency. Bringing their total cap Space to about 40 million.

Kings say no just because the real difference makers in this draft are up to 5th spot. You can't draft someone like (Fultz, Ball, Tatum, Fox, Jackson) with the 7th pick plus the best players that would probably be available to draft with this pick would be pg or sg (Monk, D. Smith, Ntilikinna) positions where they would have their best player (Hield) and the best asset from this trade (Rubio) .
