I’m not sure that pick even gets you off Hayward right now, let alone get you Griffin.

Hayward would be a good fit on that team.
They need a shooter. The only thing Hayward needs to do is wait in the corner for an open shot. And his contract is one year shorter than B Griffin's contract. So it's not a big mistake if this team fails, having two first round picks so they can start a rebuilt.

Hayward is only a 36% career 3PT shooter, which is about average in today’s NBA. Don’t think that + a Boston pick is enough to get Griffin. Maybe Hayward, MEM and BOS pick for Griffin and DET pick, as MEM should be the best of the three, but Boston still gets one back.
