Dwyane Wade scored when he wanted to on Friday night, until the Miami Heat needed him most. Wade, who had 33 points in the first three quarters, was double-teamed in the final quarter and missed all three of his shots, allowing the Orlando Magic to pull away for an 86-76 victory. Rashard Lewis had 17 points and Jameer Nelson scored 16 for Orlando, which has now won nine-straight home games.

Nelson scored 22 points and had seven assists to help the Orlando Magic rout the Golden State Warriors 113-81 on Monday night. Kobe Bryant did his job. The Orlando Magic did, too. The Los Angeles star scored a season-high 41 points, but Magic center Dwight Howard made eight of 11 free throws in the fourth quarter, and Jameer Nelson had 27 points to lead Orlando to a 106-103 victory over the Lakers on Saturday night.

Jameer Nelson wasn't keeping track of how many shots he was taking. All he knew was his team needed some offense and he was feeling good. Nelson scored 23 of his career high-tying 32 points in the second half, and the Orlando Magic beat the Golden State Warriors 109-98 on Monday night for their fourth win in five road games.

Last night the expected happened, Magic point guard Jameer Nelson went down with an injury. The good news is its simply a groin strain, the better news is Jameer left the locker room last night under his own power without a limp. Magic head coach Stan Van Gundy informed reporters after the game that the team was indeed in the market for a 3rd point guard, and was for some time.

Stan Van Gundy predicted at the morning shootaround that Toronto forward Chris Bosh would score 40 points against his Orlando Magic. The Magic coach turned out to be right, and he still got to smile about it. Jameer Nelson, Hedo Turkoglu and Rashard Lewis had 22 points apiece as the Magic overcame Bosh's 40 point, 18-rebound night in a 103-90 win in a rematch of 1st round NBA playoff foes.

When Jason Terry's shot bounced out and time expired during a scramble for the rebound, Jameer Nelson jumped on Dwight Howard's back and rode off. There was a lot to celebrate, the Orlando Magic's 1st win in Dallas since 1997, and a win they probably had no business pulling off. The Magic were down by as many as 15 and by 11 early in the 4th quarter.

Jameer Nelson is sticking to his guarantee. The Pistons do not blame him. Shortly after going down 3-1 in the 2nd round, Orlando's point guard mentioned the Magic would go on the road and beat Detroit to extend the series.
