The Rockets narrowed their choice of big men to fill the last roster spot to Loren Woods and Dale Davis however kept the roster at 14 players following the expiration of Justin Williams' 10 day contract. No move expects until Friday, though they Rockets would likely make a decision by Thursday to have a player ready to join the team in Oakland.

Prosecutors declined to file charges Tuesday against Kings center Justin Williams over allegations that he sexually assaulted a woman. Their decision was based on a report by Sacramento police investigators, who found there is not enough evidence to support criminal charges.

Authorities are investigating allegations that Kings player Justin Williams sexually assaulted a female acquaintance, a Sacramento Police Department spokesman mentioned Thursday. Team spokesman Troy Hanson mentioned Williams was given an indefinite leave of absence and returned to Sacramento from a road trip to New Mexico to obtain a lawyer, a step recommended by team officials.
