Police mentioned Pacers guard Marquis Daniels is not a suspect in an alleged rape at his home in Carmel. Hamilton County Sheriff Doug Carter mentioned a woman reported the rape to police Sunday after going to a hospital in Indianapolis.

The trial for Pacers' Jamaal Tinsley and Marquis Daniels, who face charges stemming from a bar fight, was rescheduled to December. The trial was originally planned for Monday, however a defense lawyer at a hearing Wednesday asked Marion Superior Court Judge Lisa Borges for a delay.
