That's ugly for the Rockets. They get the worst of the Anderson for Kanter deal, and then also lose key pieces in Gordon, Capela and Ariza to land Melo. Everyone has talked about the Clippers depth being their downfall recently, what does a stripped down Rockets team like this look any differently.

Another option for Melo to Houston, with support from OKC
New York get Kanter, Ariza, Singler and picks from both Houston and OKC
Houston get Melo and Christon
OKC get Anderson and Capela

I don't see Houston wanting to give up Capela as well in a Melo deal.

The Rockets just apparently just recently decided they would involve Ariza in a trade. Capela is almost untouchable for the Rockets. They aren't moving him in a trade for Melo.
