Jazz: Exum, '19 1st

Celtics: Morris, Rozier, Theiss

1.) 17 Nov 2018 15:51:01
I'd probably remove Theiss after thinking about it. Celts will need him, don't think williams is ready yet. It would probably kill the deal.

2.) 17 Nov 2018 15:54:10
Big NOPE from the Celtics.

3.) 17 Nov 2018 16:23:33
Double NOPE!

4.) 17 Nov 2018 18:18:38
Exum is way better than Fultz!

14 Nov 2018 17:18:29
Magic: Vucevic, Simmons

Pelicans: Mirotic, W.Johnson, '19 1st

1.) 14 Nov 2018 19:10:16
I like the pick but magic need guards not forwards.

2.) 15 Nov 2018 01:30:24
True enough, didn't think Jackson or Bluiett tipped the scales much, NOLA is pretty low on guards.

12 Nov 2018 16:19:58
Blazers: Warren

Suns: Harkless, Baldwin

1.) 12 Nov 2018 22:35:11
Doesn't feel like Portland gives up enough. Maybe swap Baldwin with Simons and a second rounder.

2.) 13 Nov 2018 02:48:22
Warren is probably better but I'm not real eager to trade Simons just yet. Even as a back up his value will increase more. Harkless being injured kills his value.

10 Nov 2018 20:53:14
Wolves: Thompson, Korver, Hill

Cavs: Teague, Dieng, Gibson

1.) 10 Nov 2018 21:43:42
Why would the Cavs want the extra year of salary from Teague?

2.) 10 Nov 2018 22:01:09
Probably the same feeling the wolves have about Thompson, and Hill. Teague is better than Hill and could be moved easily. Expires next season. The cavs aren't going to be needing a lot of cap and teague could be good for Sexton.

3.) 10 Nov 2018 22:35:59
I don’t think Teague would be easy to move and the Cavs should be trying to use their space to take on bad contracts for assets.

4.) 11 Nov 2018 07:08:58
Teague was great in the playoffs last season. What is wrong with his game that makes him hard to move? It's not like he's wall, dieng or parsons overpaid.

5.) 11 Nov 2018 15:19:28
I don’t think he’s unmovable, but I also don’t see him having much if any value. He’s a solid offensive point guard, but he’s 30 and bad on defense. I don’t think any teas mid rebuild would have interest and there aren’t many good teams that need a point guard. At 18 Million and 2 years left he isn’t going to be looked at as a guy you can bring in as an expensive back up and I don’t see him as a guy that can play a ton of minutes next to another point guard. I just don’t see many situations that make sense for him.

At this point, he’s a better player than Hill, but if you’re a good team and you need some help at the back up point. Hill can defend, playoff the ball, play both guard spots, and you can get off 20 million dollars this summer with him.

10 Nov 2018 20:02:55
"Sixers 5"

Not sure if Chandler will be a starter or not at the PF. Might happen. Butler and Simmons are capable of ball duties.

1.) 11 Nov 2018 01:24:15
They should play Shamet instead of Fultz in their closing lineups until further notice.

10 Nov 2018 18:09:14
Saric, Covington for Butler? There better be more or this is definitely a rental trade like Leonard's to TOR. Rockets Offer was so much better. Didn't even offload Dieng

1.) 10 Nov 2018 19:19:52
If Butler signs long term with sixers it's what I predicted. So if cousins signs with the Lakers and all other stars remain the Nba would be more competitive but I think Thompson should join LBJ and could be a second option and average 27 plus instead just 20. Then cousins can stay in golden state.

2.) 10 Nov 2018 20:35:25
I'll eat my hat if cousins or Thompson is laker. I think cousins gets on somewhere. His play will determine that for sure. LBJ likes athletic big men, cousins is a little husky and gravity challenged!

3.) 10 Nov 2018 21:25:49
Yeah I thought the Houston offer was good to go but Minny still did ok and finally they can move on no excuses for KAT or wiggins.

4.) 10 Nov 2018 21:29:45
The Warriors can’t keep Cousins, even if Durant walks without him taking another huge discount.

5.) 10 Nov 2018 22:11:30
Exactly, Rkenne_16! Cousins will have to play cheap to stay and I don't think that will happen but he has some endorsements and being in a championship market probably has some perks. He could be a shell of his former self but remain serviceable and be a good D. West replacement? Hard to predict.

6.) 10 Nov 2018 22:45:23
Yeah, I think defense would be where he will struggle. He was a passable athlete and ok on defense, but I’d imagine he’s not going to have the same spring when he comes back. I’d imagine he can still pass, shoot, post up, and generally be huge.

7.) 11 Nov 2018 02:53:08
Cousins will be a knick or net.

8.) 11 Nov 2018 07:30:12
If he plays cheap the NY teams are possible. Be behind Allen and porzingis.

10 Nov 2018 14:22:43
Giannis looks like he is on another level this season. He is the leading MVP candidate by my count so far. Who else?

1.) 10 Nov 2018 14:59:06
Curry durant and lillard? Kawhi maybe. James if they win significant number of games. Kemba playing great but definitely far off Giannis. Davis of course. But so far it’s a toss between Curry and Giannis.

2.) 10 Nov 2018 15:09:52
Embiid is probably being overlooked right now. Shooting percentage, points, assists, rebounds and free throw rate are all up and turnovers are down.

Curry has been a monster.

Kemb has been really good.

Levert, Booker, Lavine, and Richardson all seem to have taken their game up a notch as well.

3.) 10 Nov 2018 16:27:55
Forgot about embiid. So far my all nba team is

Lebron (homer pick)

Not sure if 4 bigs are valid if not include Kemba or Lillard so far.

4.) 10 Nov 2018 17:39:14
Yeah, Lebron isn’t a guard. Curry, Lillard, Lebron, Giannis, Davis/ Embiid (probably Davis, but he’s missed some games? ) is my first team all nba early.

I definitely think that MVP early is between Giannis, Lillard, and Curry. Obviously that changes quickly, but with those teams winning and those 3 playing the way they are, they’re above everyone else.

5.) 10 Nov 2018 17:39:35
Embid has been good. I think Durant has been good as well. Those 3 save their teams from losses the most this season I think.

6.) 10 Nov 2018 21:29:03
Giannis is leading MVP at the moment I think Middleton is going to make a all star team this year for sure.

7.) 10 Nov 2018 22:13:10
Middleton has been a gunslinger and tenacious on D. He's a snub if he doesn't make it.

8.) 10 Nov 2018 22:47:16
If the Bucks are top 3 in the East, it’s hard to imagine them leaving Middleton out. Not to mention that the East isn’t exactly loaded with allstar caliber guys.

05 Nov 2018 15:29:54
MEM @ GSW -14.5

HOU @ IND even

Griz and Pacers are my picks.

1.) 05 Nov 2018 19:43:40
Yep on the pacers today also backed lakers to miss the finals into GSW to win the finals at $5.50.

2.) 05 Nov 2018 23:49:11
Not sure grizz will cover.

3.) 06 Nov 2018 00:50:48
GSW looks dominate. That's a good bet. Lakers are not a conference finalist. The west is brutal for everyone but GSW so far this season.

4.) 06 Nov 2018 06:57:51
Lost on pacers and Celtics got some back on clippers going all out tomorrow on Wizards.

5.) 06 Nov 2018 13:57:45
I did ok on the rest of the games but was spanked on these two!

02 Nov 2018 17:49:23
If LBJ wants Walton out, Johnson/Pelinka/Buss/millions of Lavar ball haters are going to look really stupid for the smack they talked last season. It's funny the last comment I can find from Lavar Ball about anything Lakers, is him calling LBJ the strongest and therefore the best player in the game currently. This is getting juicy!

1.) 02 Nov 2018 20:23:56
Magic is trying to blame Walton for his offseason failures. He gave him a team that didn’t make sense and has a bunch of unknowns. Now, he’s wondering why the players don’t fit together and why Walton is having trouble finding rotations that work?

Lebron has wanted every coach that isn’t his guy out. He wanted Splostra out and he’s widely considered one of the better coaches in the NBA. He had a big hand in Blatt being fired. Etc.

Ball was blaming Walton for Lonzo not being what Lavar talked him up to be.

Walton took a bad team and made them atleast serviceable last year. I have no idea how good he is as a coach, but the Lakers record the past few years and bad start to this year shouldn’t be blamed on him.

2.) 02 Nov 2018 21:57:41
Last season Lavar Ball and the Walton debacle started because Lavar ball said Walton should be pushing his son harder. I have no clue what you are talking about with the blame game story above. That may have come after, but what started it was Lavar saying Walton was being soft as a coach to his son. The team is lousy constructed and I think it is hasty to can Walton but as you say LeBron and his posse have some say wherever they go, right?

3.) 03 Nov 2018 18:02:46
This is the NBA. It’s about guys buying into the system, not pushing them. We see how well pushing guys has been working for other coaches like Thibs and etc. I think Walton had a young team buying in last year. They overachieved, played secent defense and moved the ball. It’s completly possible Lebron or Magic push Walton out, but to put any blame on him at this point is just deflecting by all these guys.

4.) 03 Nov 2018 18:55:33
I agree rkenne_16. I think to rip Walton out of their right now shows hasty, immature, irrationality that won't go unnoticed by future free agents and their Agents, who aren't particularly fond of Rich Paul as it is. That being said, I think Walton is on a short leash. Even to finish like the Nuggets did last season just shy of the playoffs would be a huge improvement for the Lakers. Expectations are a little high in LA. I've always had them @7, 8 or out of the playoffs this season.

5.) 03 Nov 2018 20:06:26
Unless Lebron missed a decent chunk of games, I’d be pretty surprised if they missed the playoffs. Lebron s is really good and it’s not like that team doesn’t have some talent. The team will start to figure out playing with each other and they’ll make some small deals to add some shooting and etc. They’ll end up somewhere between 3 and 7. It’s hard for me to imagine them getting out of the first round without a big move though.

6.) 03 Nov 2018 20:53:23
Throw 4 1sts @ wolves for Butler if you're the Lakers? And a young piece? Hart, Ball? Thibs would cut his right thumb off first!

7.) 04 Nov 2018 02:45:25
If kcp accepts trade and Beasley with HartAnd 3 first. Wolves can add another team to take gibson and kcp plus those 3 first to get another player likke Love.

8.) 04 Nov 2018 14:07:00
I'm guessing money and hurt feelings still, will block Kevin love to the wolves.

I'd do it without Baldwin. Only because Harkless is taking a while to get healthy, warren would be a big scoring help and maybe learn some defense.

I am probably the only Portland fan who will say I don't believe it, because I genuinely don't believe it would happen ever for millions of reasons for both teams. Green is not a guy GSW is eager to part with during this title run. Guys like him aren't generally expensive but are hard to find. Aminu, crowder. Curry, favors are not the facilitator Green is. GSW could play well with those guys but they are better with green.

The Sixers need anything. You couldn't add the wrong player. Melo is probably better than some of their bench players.
