Bulls Trade: Wendell Carter and Felicio exp

Grizzlies trade: Jonas valanciunas

Grizzlies bet high ceiling big under team control for multiple years to add to their young core

Bulls get a good, productive center on a reasonable contract that can be a low post presence and Facilitate to to spot up and cutting guards LaVine and white.

Works for me.

Detroit is not going to trade Sekou or Rose for two second rated players. Sekou has been putting up all star numbers and rose is under a cap friendly contract for two years not going to happen.

So the Cavs trade their starting center for no reason and teams without capspace take on entirely too much cap?

What do are the chances that this is the last year dominated by super teams? With KD, Klay, and Cousins being free agents and Lebron getting older, I could see the championship race being far more wide open. This would lead to less teams tanking and an overall more competitive league where teams like the pacers and nuggets would have a legitimate shot at winning a title.

I hope so.

The NBA has been dominated by superteams for its entire history. It's never ending. Maybe there's a lull occasionally, but the Bulls, Lakers, Celtics, Rockets were all superteams.

Spurs had 3 hof all they drafted and weak ass admiral.

4.) 29 Jan 2019 15:01:47
Good call, the spurs had 4 hall of famers during their runs. Definitely a super team.

It will be more wide open, but you're definitely still going to be left with the Haves and Have-Nots. You shouldn't be stuck with the same teams in the Finals every year, but (unless they all team up again in different cities) you'll probably look more like the East across the board. 5 or so teams that are in the hunt, and then everyone else who's just kind of there, with a few who are terrible.
