Hawks off-season (Though highly impossible it happens)
Trade #1. Trade Jeff Teague, Paul Millsap, Splitter and #21 pick to 76ers for their #1 pick and Noel
Trade 2. Kyle Korver, Kirk Hinrick to the Spurs for Patty Mills
Draft Brandon Ingram at #1 pick. Draft Kay Felder and Alex Poythress in the 2nd round
Re sign Bazemore, Horford (not the Max)
Sign Eric Gordon, Allen Crabbe, and Brandon Bass
Release or try to trade away Mike Scott
Final Roster
PG Dennis Schroder, Patty Mills, Kay Felder

Ya Sixers won't do this and I don't see Horford staying with that younger team especially if you don't give him the max. I think he'll have plenty of other suitors and go to a team that gives him a better opportunity to contend for a title or at least a max contract (I think he'll be able to find a team that can offer both) .

Hawks get: Danny Green, Jonathan Simmons, and Patty Mills

Hawk / Heat
Hawks get: Gerald Green, Goran Dragic, and Amare Stoudemire
Heat get: Jeff Teague, Kyle Korver, and Mike Muscala
Hawks would get an athletic scorer, good point guard, and a veteran back up big that I think can still play well, not what he used to be for sure but I think with the Hawks system he would get hurt less and he can grab some boards for us and provide a veteran presence.
Heat would get an all-star level point guard along side Wade and would keep a lot of pressure off of Wade. Korver would be a valuable sharpshooter off the bench behind Wade. And Moose is a young big man, has great energy, and is a lot younger then Amare and Haslem. Not injury prone as well.
I don't know what yall think but I think it works for both teams.
