Thomas expires after this year with no guarantee. Love is in his 30s and won't matter much to a team with no players.
I don't think any team would trade 4 out of 5 starters, plus their rookie lottery pick.

your a delusional magic fan. they would have to offer atleast gordon, isaac, and picks (probably unprotected) to come close to an AD deal.
the cavs trade is the only one that isn't robbery, actually a good trade for the cavs.

Yeah, pretty one sided. The Love one is the closest, but even that wouldn't be done this year. Maybe next year if Lebron walks and the Cavs are starting a rebuild.

Eh looking at it more I was wrong. That Love trade would be pretty good for the Cavs. Replace Ross with Biyombo and add Calderon and maybe Frye or Shumpert to Orlando and I like it for both teams. Gordon could provide some much needed energy and athleticism for the Cavs, Biyombo gives them a back up center and Peyton could hold down the pg until the Cavs get healthy. Plus, I think playing with Lebron would be great for Gordon. He'll get far more open lanes and 3s and Lebron could help him develop his athleticism into something more.

The money isn't close. Turner and Crabbe alone make a combined 35 million a year. Ibaka and Watson are only at about 20 million.

The Portland Trail Blazers are struggling. Sitting 10th in the Western Conference and below .500 on the season, Portland is playing below expectation. Their lacklustre performances are no doubt down to their terrible defence. With their opponents averaging 110.9 points per game, the Blazers rank in the league's bottom five defences. Portland need defensive minded players; something the Orlando Magic can offer them. However, splitting up the Blazers backcourt could prove a difficult task for Orlando. The Blazers boast one of the league's highest scoring backcourts, averaging 49 points per game, McCollum and Lillard can flat out score; something the Orlando Magic desperately need. McCollum is averaging 22.9ppg and scored a career high 43 in Sunday's win against Minnesota. To make this deal, the Orlando Magic would have to part with one or more of their young defensive stars to secure his services.
