Too unspecific about what first round picks. If it's brooklyns two picks, that's fair value. If it's Dallas and boston's picks, it's not enough.

If Brooklyn pick is number one and clippers get that and draft Simmons. They can trade Paul and Jordan for Irving and sign and trade for a one year to match Jordan contact. Irving not better then Paul but would be better to build with young team. But Irving does have more value plus more years on contract. So clippers give up Jordan. Then wait on cousin to become free agent.
Cavs then trade love for sign and trade batum and Williams plus there draft pick
