Mavericks-Cavaliers Trade
Mavericks get- Iman Shumpert and 1st round pick (via Brooklyn)
Cavaliers get- Nerlens Noel, John McRoberts, and Mavs 2019 2nd round pick
Cavaliers dump a salary hold in Shumpert for expiring contracts, and get Noel who could help convince James to stay in Cleveland this Summer. While the Mavs get another first rounder to help build for the future.

I don't think Nerlens would convince James to stay in cleveland. You'd need more like a Gasol, Cousins, AD kind of level of player to even have lebron considering to stay at the Cavs.

This is terrible for the Cavs. Noel isn't worth amd first round pick let alone a lottery one. Shumpert for Noel might be a conversation, but this is just laughable.

Rkenne this is a terrible trade, but funny how you had another team giving up the farm for Barnes Noel and barea. Pretty sure it was leaf sabonis Collison another player and 2 first. But now that it's your team Noel isn't worth anything. Fact is neither is anything Cleveland has to offer including the Brooklyn pick.

Just terrible. Why would Denver trade farried for a free agent? If ezeli gets that offer sheet it is guaranteed he is in GS next year. And batum will be offered almost double that.

Hawks can get more for Teague and not that he would have a say really in a trade but he'd want to go to a team where he starts (kinda the reason he's being traded too valuable to be on bench) .
Parsons seems kinda redundant with galo but not a bad trade value wise.
