Starting lineup as of right now

Elfrid
Fournier
Hezonja
Ibaka
Vucevic

solid bench that consists of newly acquired meeks, gordon, and dedmon.

Those are 8 servicable players.

Who should we go after? We need a back up PG and some depth on the wing. We're good on bigs. We have $37 million to spend.

Batum would fit nice... I think we should sign him for 3 years $45 million.

Buy low on Ty Lawson. Maybe a comeback season can be in store for him.

Throw all the money left at DeRozan. Vogel can turn him into a superstar.

Payton/Lawson
Derozan/Fournier/Meeks
Batum/Hezonja
Ibaka/Gordon
Vooch/Dedmon

thoughts?

Think batum go to spurs, cavs, or a pretender.

No way does Batum ever sign for that, he doesn't even think about it.

Derozan not going to a team that can't compete for a championship. And instead of lawson, b. Jennings would be a better option.

I really hope they stay away from parsons because Hezonja's upside can be just as good as Parson's talent in the 2-3 years tops. Lance is a headcase, meeks is better for the team. Bazemore or crawford could be nice and I think batum would be a great fit there. Perhaps even a better backup PG in trey burke.

Thought it was a great move. The second round pick was the lesser of the two second round picks that we have for the 2019 draft so we essentially gave up nothing. Before his injuries, he was putting up really nice numbers with the lakers and gave KCP a run for his money every now and then for the starting position with the pistons. Gives us more depth at the 2 and he can hit threes at a high level. if he stays healthy, this can be a great move.
