The C's have more than enough for Cousins, the Kings are looking for lightning in a bottle this year but if they sux at the trade deadline there is a good chance they will trade him. And unless OKC or Cavs trade KD+ or KL+ for him then Boston will be right there waiting for him.

First, MIA is over the cap, so they have to match salaries, which this is not close to.
Second, MIA has been trying to reduce salary because of the lux, and this adds a lot.
Third, MIN has been looking for a back-up PG for several months behind Rubio, and had the TPE to absorb Chalmers, which MIA had been publicly looking to dump for cap space. They still didn't want him, and brought in the ancient Andre Miller over Chalmers.
Finally, MIN loves Rubio. While he can't finish at the rim, he is an ELITE pg in nearly every other dimension. His ability to see the floor makes him a terrific defender, and he is always one of the best in the NBA in steals. He is also elite in on-off numbers, and near the top in APG and SPG. He is the best passer in the NBA. The lowdown on Rubio is that while he individually isn't elite, he may be one of the best at making his team better. He will be key to developing their young players by getting them the ball in positions to succeed. Any team wanting Rubio right now would have to blow them away with an offer.

The celtics would be giving too much talent for less talent. Nerlens Noel is good but could be a gamble due to past injuries.Its a good idea but don't think that will happen
