Would the Celtics be willing to keep their #28 pick and substitute in one or two of their cache of 2016 1st rounders?
The Knicks are completely out of next year's draft. They'll probably want to get back in as part of trading away the #4 pick.

Unless the C's are using that 6th pick to catch a bigger fish it's only going to slow the rebuild process as they would have to alter their roster even more to be able to get the most value for their players the have now during the extended rebuild. Give the Kings what you proposed plus Wallace and Pressey for Cousins and a second round pick.
