Bulls/ Kings

Kings trade: Rudy Gay, Ben McLemore, 8th pick, 59th pick, lift the protections from next years pick

Bulls trade: Jimmy Butler and Doug McDermott

Bulls can move on from unhappy butler (if reports are true) with a good to great scorer with Rudy, some potential in McLemore, the 8th pick this year which according to lots of Mocks, Kris dunn will be there, with rose on his last year of the contract. They also shed tons of salary considering Rudy only has 2 years 24 mil left on his deal And the 2nd is a player option. Butler alone has 37 mil for two years, and will be looking for a big payday in 2 years.

Kings get rid of any future picks that they still had, in hopes of getting the playoffs in Golden 1 Center. Jimmy butler is the type of player that Demarcus needs next to him, a guy that. can slash, shoot, pass, and mostly defend the perimeter. McDermott would probably take the starting 3 spot by default unless Dave Joerger prefers Casspi (haha)!

This could work- I think it is either 59 OR lift protection. If Kings are worse than the protection the trade was a bust.

Kings/ Cavs

Kings: Love, Mozgov, Williams
Cavs: McLemore, Koufos, Collision

Kings take on Mozgovs contract that looks horrible with how bad he's been this year. Love just doesn't fit as a 3rd option. He would be a great second option for Rondo with Cousins being number 1. Collison has been one of the best, if not the best backup pg in the league this year, so its a big upgrade from Mo Williams IMO. Ben has untapped potential and I think lebron would help him find his game. Koufos is an upgrade from mozgov .

Kings: Rondo, Belinelli, Gay, Love, Cousins
Cavs: Irving, Ben, Shumpert, Lebron Thompson.

they upgrade backup PG for Love. Once in the lifetime opportunity.

really dude? It seems like Love is just a kicker here. That's how terrible this is for Cavaliers.

{Ed018's Note - absolutely terrible for the Cavs}

Kings have 6 big men on the roster. they trade one and add two? That wouldn't make sense.

Afflalo has either a team or mutual option. Doesn't count against the cap if the team doesn't pick up his option so that's irrelevant imo but I think the suns would be dumb to do that

I really like this trade as a kings fan! Idc if it's shooting for the 8th seed sweep fest whoever gets that spot. I think Monta would make a great sixth man on the kings

It's not Cousins fault the kings have failed ImO. Is he a hot head? Yes. but the way I see it, if KG, Draymond Green, Chris Paul, Matthew Dellavedova, if they aren't on winning teams, their attitude would be construed the same way as Boogies behavior. They just play with lots of fire and emotion. if Demarcus Cousins does the shit Draymond has been doing this postseason, he would
Have been tossed because he hasn't won yet. and it's not
His fault they haven't won. George Karl was horrible. if you watched their games, before DMC checked out, during the week we were in sole possession of the 8th seed, George Karl was lackluster with his rotations (leaving both Seth Curry and Willie Cauley-Stein ride the pine while Belinelli was throwing up bricks and Koufos and Boogie did not work), he would wait WAY too long to call a timeout, he let Rondo run "dribble until I find someone barely open and make a sick pass to him to hopefully get an assist" every time down the court, he wanted cousins playing at the top of the key and face up all the time, when boogie is very gifted with his back to the basket. Lots of things transpired this year that Were not just Boogies fault. Malone was a great coach with boogie, and Dave Joerger seems to be at least making an effort to have a relationship.

I'm not a big Dennis Shroder fan. I would rather just keep the pick and resign Seth curry and roll with Collision, Seth, FA (maybe jerryd bayliss)
