No.Luke Ridnour is not as good a basketball player as Mo Williams. And Damon Jones cannot even dribble. Still, this is a very good move. What I mean is the point guard position on the Bucks was upgraded due to one simple fact, Williams and Michael Redd only did not work.

Richard Jefferson thinks he and Michael Redd will complement each other in a reshaped Bucks lineup this fall. The Bucks' small forward, acquired in a major draft day deal with the New Jersey Nets, made his 1st public comments since the June 26 trade when he was introduced at a Monday news conference at the Bradley Center.

Now, instead of having to wait for Yi Jianlian to mature and hope that Bobby Simmons stays off injured reserve for 3 consecutive games, new coach Scott Skiles has Richard Jefferson's versatility at both ends to enhance Michael Redd, Andrew Bogut, Mo Williams and Charlie Villanueva.

If the Warriors let their exception expire and still would like to add a big name without increasing payroll, Rasheed Wallace, Chauncey Billups, Shawn Marion, Richard Jefferson and Michael Redd also will probably be on the block, albeit at heftier prices, then Al Harrington maybe the player most likely to move.

It is almost a foregone conclusion that either Michael Redd or Mo Williams will be removed to another zip code in the summer. Redd has piqued the curiosity of a number of teams, that included the New York Knicks and L.A Clippers.

The Bucks and Michael Redd have supposedly grown disenchanted with one another, and Redd is on the trading block. Those who follow hoops free agency will remember that the Cavaliers courted Redd several years ago, however he elected to take the cabbage and stay with the Bucks.

In the last week, several officials from both the Eastern and Western Conferences acknowledged the Bucks were gauging the interest other teams could have in some of their players. The most notable one is All Star shooting guard Michael Redd. Redd is unquestionably the Bucks??? best player, the one who would bring back the most in a trade.

A lack of communication was one of the lots of shortcomings for the Bucks this season and no one knows that better than Larry Krystkowiak. One player Krystkowiak did not communicate well with was guard Michael Redd.

Like most everyone else in the NBA, Bucks guard Michael Redd looked on as some high profile players in the league changed residences in recent blockbuster trades. Redd is finishing his 8th season with the Bucks and realizes that the clock is ticking on his career. He's tired of rebuilding and would like to chase a championship.
