OKC does this to get rid of cap to sign Kanter and also to move up in the draft to draft a good young player.
Orlando does this to get a very good defensive big and to still get a lottery draft pick.
OKC-SAS
OKC Trades: P. Jones, J. Lamb
SAS Trades: Late 2015 First Round Draft Pick
OKC does this to get rid of players that can't get any time on the court, plus save a little on salary.
SAS does this to get some youth they can develop into their system.

Thunder 2015-16 Roster:

Gives them a still youth and, and a very talented team. This adds a lot of talent to their bench as well as their starting lineup. If they can stay healthy, then they will be Championship contenders.

If I´m Orlando, I´d do it in a heart beat. Don´t think the Thunder would, though.
