I don't think league rules will actually allow that trade. The Lakers already owe the Sixers a pick. And they owe Orlando a pick 2 years after the Sixers pick conveys. So for your trade, this year's pick would go (after the draft), then two years after Orlando and 2 years after that.
I think the league has a rule against trading picks that far into the future.

Can't trade consecutive 1st rounders so those picks have little value deprecated over a six year span.
