76ers draft day possibilities:
I personally think the sixers will only get one pick in this years draft, and with Embiid essentially being a rookie, that works fine for me. I do feel the pick will be either 1, 2, or 3. I don't even want to think of going through this season and only having the #5 or#6 pick to show for it.
1) if the sixers get the #3 pick, they pick DeAngelo Russell.
2) If the sixers get the #2 pick, they pick DeAngelo Russell.
3) If the sixers get the #1 pick, they draft Towns and trade him to Twolves. Twolves draft Russel at #3 or #4. Sixers send Towns, Miami's #1 next year(prob#11-14), and Wroten to Minn for Russell and LaVine.

Can see your plan for sure. It's interesting. I like the trade for sure at the end if we get towns. In not in love with Lavine like everyone seems to be. I think it's too much praise for a guy who really had one month of good games and his team lost every game he started. But it's interesting value to get back a fills two holes at once. So I like it.

Sixers trade #1 (Towns) and Miami pick OR Wroten to T-Dogs
T-dogs trade #3 (Russell) and Lavine to Sixers
The T-dogs drafting outside of of the top 2 is a huge disaster for them. They need Towns or Okafor. So the onus is on them to move up.
Remember, there will be competition for the Sixers pick at 1. The Lakers will want to grab at the two bigs also. That puts the Sixers in the drivers seat, not the Wolves.

Wolves will not trade Lavine! They would rather just draft Russell and sign a PF that is reasonable like Brandon Bass

Wiggins/ Muhammad
Bass/ Payne

Wolves. The difference between bass and Towns is light years. With Towns, you have the bigman to work perfect with wiggins, muhamad, Rubio, and martin. With your line up you have 6 starters in the backcourt, and a very weak frontcourt. The trade makes sense
