Lakers would be lucky to get cousins alone with that package. No chance at 6 as well.

Lakers cnat get cousins. Stop putting these ideas out there. They just don't have the assets to get him. They have little to no value in that team right now. I hate to say it but until Kobe retires the team is just not a relevant anything.

The lakers do have the assets to trade for somebody like Cousins. Randle (#7 draft pick last year), this year's #4 pick, #27 pick, #34 pick, & J Hill who's a solid player, but has a very beneficial contract with a $9M team option (he can help match salaries in trade, but the other team can not pick up his option giving them $9M in cap space and rebuild). That's 2 high lottery picks back to back years and any other young player except for Clarkson (Young, Kelly, Sacre, or Black).

Rabble missed the whole year. And while ou love him, he wasn't considered that great. UndersiZed. No defense. Yes you have the 4 pick. Which you can't trade. The. 2 late first early second picks are worth very little. Your players are worthless. Hill is a negative. So basically, lakers have no assets to trade for cousins. Sorry.

Randle was a nice player out of college but he's injured. I actually loved the lakers getting Randel. He was a solid four. Needed to add some height if possible but for the most part solid. But after an injury like that he would of dropped considerably in the draft.
As for the four pick. That's the value you have. But to get a player like cousins. You probably need three top ten caliber picks or a good pick like that and a superstar. You don't have the picks or the superstar.
Sorry lakers you just don't have that kind of value on the team right now. You just don't.

And Jordan hill is not a value. Yes. I think he's a nice bench piece on a good team. But how can I give 9 mil to a bench player!! It's not a good value. Neither is nick young. He's almost the exact same kind of player. I'm a Sixers fan so I saw him play when he was with us before the lakers. He can score but he's a volume shooter. Takes a ton of bad shots and some go in. Also plays little defense which I think he never cares about working on.
When you make these trade ideas try to see it from the Kings point of view. Would you give up cousins for the fourth pick. an injured Randel. Nick young and hill?? Not a chance.
