No from the Bulls, and with what money do you plan on signing each of these players with? Both teams are well over the cap, and neither player is playing for the MLE next year.

Haha Pierce was signed to WASH via the MLE. He is currently playing for the MLE.

Although Pierce is playing for the MLE he does have the option to opt out and sign elsewhere.
