Wolves will be taking Towns.

As of now, it' sounds like Flip likes Okafor better, but there's still a lot of time. Obviously I'm assuming Okafor goes #1 which it sounds like it could be 50/50 he does at this point.

Jesus, how many times do we need to go over this? Hill and Young have ZERO value.

04 Jun 2015 22:03:22
You can't get rid of a bad contract and a player to be dropped and get multiple picks and a starting pg. this is just ridiculous.

Over paying green IMO

It saves Detroit money and gives clippers another bench piece understand mow

Detroit wants no part of this bs

@leuven
Hill is a decent player (not worth $9M though). He averaged 12pts & 8rbs this last season in 27 mpg. His biggest value, however, is his contract. He has a team option this next year. For a team trying to gain or preserve cap space, his contract is very valuable.
Young can provide bench scoring. there are teams (Clippers for example) who are desperate for bench scoring. He's an idiot and some teams wouldn't want him, but some might. He has value, just not as a key piece.

For you to say both guys have ZERO value shows you either don't know what you're talking about, or just exaggerate to try and validate your point. Either way, you're wrong.

Hill, the benefit that all are saying is he can be cut. Don't talk about his stats. You just said he's over paid. Aka he has negative value. Young. He brings attitude, drama and would be TERRIBLE and a pain if not in a flashy city. He is making too much money for too many years and brings too little. Also, negative value. If they get rid of young for free that's amazing. Not get two picks and a fringe all star pg. spin it all you want. Tell everyone that disagrees they are idiots. Fact is, hill and young are worthless on their current contracts. Deal with it.

WHy would Detroit give up a player and a pick for Hill? They wouldn't. Jennings is staying put for now until he proves himslef healthy and Jackson is resigned. Nobody wants Young and Detroit doesn't want Hill not at his contract level.

Since Lakers will go under salary cap, they won't have MLE or BAE. They will have room exception in which they can offer a contract worth about $6M over 2 years. I don't know how many times I have said this, but you will experience it two months later.
