Sixers own the 3rd pick and reportedly will NOT let the Knicks get Russell, Okafor, or Towns.
With that being said, Towns goes #1 to the Timberwolves, and Russell goes #2 to the Lakers. With the #3 pick the Sixers take Okafor.
Then, in a blockbuster move, the Sixers trade Embiid and the Heat top-10 protected pick next year to the Nuggets for Ty Lawson and the #7 pick.
The Sixers then select Justice Winslow with the #7 pick
Sign Danny Green to 3yr/12 mil
Sign Norris Cole to 2yr/5 mil
Sign Brandan Wright to 4yr/20 mil

It's a nice idea, but with his recent injury setback, Embiid doesn't have that much trade value. I would take Okafor and then trade him.

I'm not trading embiid for Lawson. Lawson is out of the league in a year or two. He's too small. When small guys talent start dropping the quickly become useless due to height problems. I'll pass and take a shot with embiid.

Green will cost way more then 4 mill per. Not even close. And lawson isbad news with the attitude. not the kind of guy philly wants. Just sit tight on embiid and hope for the best. If it truly is season ending news, then go to plan B.

Well look at iverson. Most talented young player to ever play. But once he lost A step he was useless. too much of a liability on defense with the height problems. And once that offense goes there's nothing to hold onto for those kind of players. So yes. Two or three year tops and Lawson is a distant memory.

You can't compare iverson to Lawson are you crazy Lawson is a good point guard and will lose a step when he reaches 32 and that's 5 years away I mean look at tony Parker he's 33

Sixers fans sometimes are annoying, you have every point but saying Lawson will be out is just ridiculous. IMO, Lawson is better than any player on that roster of yours. At least now.
