PHI gets Winslow, Napier and Birdman
MIA gets Noel, Thompson, and Covington
PHI gets Winslow who will be a really good wing and a point guard who would start. While they are giving up Noel who played pretty well for them last year, they just drafted another big and can afford to trade him. And while Covington and Thompson are solid wings neither of them are anywhere as good as Winslow will be.
MIA gets a really good defensive big who will provide much needed depth behind bosh and Whiteside. Covington and Thompson will also provide depth. The heat really don't have anybody behind Wade and deng and these two will also bring shooting. And while the heat might not wanna trade Winslow, this trade would allow them to get cheap wing depth and a a really good defensive big man.
The heat are probably not going to consider trading winslow, but if they do this would be a possible trade.

Noel is worth significantly more than Winslow and Thompson/Covington are worth more than those salary dumps.

Noel has already established he'll be a pretty good player while Winslow has yet to play a NBA game and a salary dump for the for slightly better players
