On trade #1, as noted, the Nets can't trade a first rounder until 2020. They can swap starting 2019.
Also on trade #1, that's a salary dump on the Sixers. If you thought the trade with the Kings was one sided, then absorbing the Williams contract would have to be much more favorable towards the receiving team. No way the Sixers give up Wroten. They'd have to receive at least the right to swap 2019 picks, the 2020 1st rounder and maybe the 2022 1st rounder.
Lastly, the Williams contract is actually worse than you think. It has a 15% trade kicker built into it. That's at least another $3 million.
