Lakers get: PF Cousins & SF Nicholson
Kings get: SG Young PG Clarkson SF Harkless & C Vucevic
76ers get: PF Randle & PG Payton
Magic get: C Okafor PF Cauley-Stein PG Russell
Lakers do it: Buss is desperate to keep his job and needs to pull off a big move. Cousins would qualify as that.
Kings do it: Create a more harmonious locker room with better team chemistry and get good value in return for Cousins.
76ers do it: They have too many bigs and need a PG. Payton would be a great fit.
Magic do it: Continue their rebuild with young promising players. Their future would be very good with the core of: C Okafor PF WCS SF Harris SG Oladipo PG Russell with PF Gordon & SF/SG Hezonjia off the bench.

Even though Sixers have a bunch of bigs they don't have 100 percent healthy bigs. Sixers pass.

Although Payton is a good player, he's not a good fit in philly. They need a pg who can also shoot, and payton cant. A pg that can shoot would help the big guys so much on pick and rolls and unclogging the lane. Sixers say no.

Magic get WAYYYYY too much! Russell is significantly more valuable than payton. Okafor is more valuable than vucevic and WCS for who. harkless and nichoilson? This is ridiculous

Nicholson is a pf, if the magic make this trade their taking two steps back in their rebuild and none of these teams would be interested in a deal like this.
