Thompson is a good player. He's about a double, double guy.
But I think he's completely over playing his hand. If he doesn't like making a zillion dollars for the best team in the East and playing with 3 guys that let him just bang the boards, he's crazy. He could wind up traded to NBA hell when he's already won the lottery and is in NBA dreamland.
Even if he gets his $ he's still making a mistake. Take the $16 large and go win a championship and be a hero forever in a city that desperately needs a winner.

I think Muhammad should be given to the Sixers to save his career. He's not even going to play on that Minnesota team. Miami pick for him straight up should be plenty.

What you are more likely to see is Kevin Martin being traded for a pick, with Wiggins, LaVine and Shabazz getting the swingman minutes. Shabazz was statistically MIN's best PF last year, which is not saying much.
I agree that Shabazz would have more value to PHi than MIN, but after what they saw last year, I doubt they'd trade him for likely a pick in the 20's.
