Celtics say no. The world can see Cavs dilema and no one is thinking "I wish I had to grossly overpay Thompson in order to keep him. The Cavs are so lucky!"

Boston would never think of doing something like that, Ainge would be fired.
Thompson will sign a 2 yr. contract for 20-25 mil, second yr. being player option.
