Philly adds a stretch 4 with playmaking ability
that fits their roster better
Minn. adds youth and defense
Houston adds 2 good locker room players with lots of experience and shaves 10 million from guaranteed salary in 2 years to make a run at Kevin Durant.

I like them both for MIN, and I could see HOU saying yes too. Personally, I think Noel's > Bjelica, but I think you'll get even more intense negative responses because it's too soon for people to see how good Bjelica will be.

1st one, no chance. Philly would be trading away their only decent defender for an awful defender. That clearly makes zero sense.
The second trade, I fail to see why the rockets would trade two players, whos combined age is 49, for 2 players whose combined age is 71.
Besides, the savings aren't accurate. The important savings is for next year, which is actually about 2-3 million. Houston wouldn't get rid of 2 young players for 2 old, past their prime players. Even if you reeeeally want it.

Philly would never do that bad of a trade. Sorry. One sided all the way. It would take lavine at the very least to get Noel.
