A) you need a top pick to get simmons, odds are very much against that.
B) if you think you get cousins for russell and i'm assuming a sign and trade with Hibbert seeing as his contract expires. good luck with that one. Basically, you are proposing a straight up swap of Russell for Cousins. To that, I'll just say, riiiiiiiight.
