Carlos Boozer had 25 points and 14 rebounds and Andrei Kirilenko added 16 points in his new reserve position and the Jazz opened the season with a 98-94 win over the Nuggets Wednesday. Mehmet Okur had 13 points and 10 rebounds and Ronnie Price finished with 5 assists starting in place of Deron Williams, who is out with a sprained ankle.

The Jazz had interest in Sacramento guard Ronnie Price, a Utah Valley State product, however have not called since signing Jason Hart, agent Mike Higgins said. The linked Price and Utah in a Sunday story.
