With a little more height and a bit of luck, T.J. Ford might have had back to back triple-doubles. His 6 foot frame left him a bit short on rebounds in both games, but he's fine with it because the Pacers won each time. Ford had 24 points, 10 assists and 7 rebounds on Monday night to help Indiana beat the Oklahoma City Thunder 107-99.

Jeff Foster finished with 10 points and 9 rebounds, and T.J. Ford and Jarrett Jack each scored 10 for Indiana, which evened its preseason record at 2-2.

The Pacers are trading 6 time All Star forward Jermaine O'Neal to the Toronto Raptors for point guard T.J. Ford, center Rasho Nesterovic, the 17th pick in the draft and a player to be determined. O'Neal said the trade Thursday, saying he was pleased with the move by team president Larry Bird.

2 people familiar with the situation mentioned the Pacers and Raptors have discussed trading Jermaine O'Neal for point guard T.J. Ford and center Rasho Nesterovic, whose contract expires after next season, and possibly Toronto's 1st round pick (No. 17) in Thursday's draft.

Sources said the Knicks (Eddy Curry or Zach Randolph), Pacers (Jermaine O'Neal) and Suns (Boris Diaw) have had some casual conversation with the Raptors concerning T.J. Ford.

A Heat official mentioned several teams have expressed an interest in Udonis Haslem if Miami drafts and keeps Michael Beasley, which remains a strong possibility. Haslem maybe swapped for a point guard, with Kirk Hinrich, T.J. Ford and Mo Williams in play, and less appealing names ( Jamaal Tinsley, Jarrett Jack, Kyle Lowery) also available.

The Clippers, like lots of teams, have pinpointed Toronto Raptors point guard Jose Calderon as an attractive target this off season. Calderon is a restricted free agent however is also sharing point guard duties in Toronto with T.J. Ford.
