If Mavs get #1 and Zion take him, if not trade the top 5 pick for Drummond and Pistions can draft a Winger and a Center and have Powell, Lee for one year:

Now there is a dependency if Leonard and Walker wanto to sign in Dallas and if Toronto and Charlotto agree to extend them for max and trade them on draft day. If yes, Toronto could get Hardaway as a winger and move Powell away, that take a bench role in Dallas:

Finally Mavs have the 21m trade exception and if Charlotte helps Walker to go to Dallas for max, they extend his contract 5y but for 2019 he is still at 12m on the books, Mavs could sign Bruke for 1y 3m:
