Without question a Phoenix fan. Maybe a relative of Booker. No way for either trade.

If you want an idea what kind of trade package Booker can get, look at what the Kings got for Boogie Cousins. 1 young lottry talent, 1 lottery pick and expiring salary filler. So the Hawks deal is about right, but I think they eould rather go with Reddish and Huerter than Booker.

Suns will only trade their self-anointed "face of the franchise" in one of those deals that overwhelms them. These deals don't approach that level so, PHX wouldn't have any interest. Oh and Alex Len back to a place he loathes and where he underachieved for 4 years? Don't think so.

Booker is in a weird place where he and Phoenix think he's got a future as a superstar, but I'm not sure anyone outside of Arizona thinks so. I think Booker is a lot closer to CJ McCollum than a superstar.

He'll have to accept a role as a second star if he ever wants to win, and if Phoenix wants to move him will have to accept that's his value.

Booker=Utah's version of Gordon Hayward.

Bmiller66,that is true about Booker. He's good not great (like McCallum) and his value to the Suns is nearly as much a management/ marketing one as it is an on court one and, that is unfortunate. He got his huge contract and is placated by these latest round of staff changes the Suns have made but unless they get a lot better this coming year (and his play is a big part of that), he will start making serious noise about getting moved. Still, the way PHX views Booker, they would resist any overtures to move him unless it was for a package well above what the market may say he is worth.

Plus, didn't Phoenix just get approved gor a new stadium? They are going to need talent to move i to that new arena.

Almost. Not a new arena, mostly public money to refurb the existing place which, of course, sits really well with the voters of PHX. One of the many reasons why the Suns have this deluded idea of "face of the franchise" stuff, a likable guy who they can build up to the fan base who is a "pillar in the community".
