it will make dallas better, plus Mavs wanted to trade Hardaway and Lee. I think a mid to late 1st pick won't hurt the Mavs (or a top 20 protected pick) in exchange for early 2nd rd pick or ask for 2 2nd rd picks.

if Donnie Nelson trades for Chris Paul and gives away a first-round pick in the deal he should be fired. no one else in the league will take Chris Paul without first round picks attached to him. I think everyone in the league should make Oklahoma eat that deal. They made a stupid deal they should die with it.
