If the Warriors miss out on James Wiseman and can't trade Dlo for a star, this would be a nice backup plan.

Warriors get DeAndre Ayton and Ricky Rubio

Suns get D'Angelo Russell

The Warriors get a young big man who is already a walk-in double-double with star potential. Draymond would get on him to untap his defensive potential, and the splash brothers would create a ton of space for him to operate on offense. Rubio would be an excellent 6th man for the Dubs who would revitalize their bench.

The Suns get a legit young co-star to pair with Devin Booker. Dlo and Booker happen to be great friends who have dreamed about playing together along with Karl Anthony-Towns. The presence of Booker/Dlo would almost certainly make Phoenix the preferred destination for Towns. The Suns should make pleasing Booker their top priority, and trading for Dlo would definitely help to accomplish that.

Actually, this is reasonable. Rubio is older player with stats slowly declining (still decent but have been better) and Ayton is stock down because of his suspension for violating league drug policy. Neither is all-star calibur at this point. Russell is a decent return for those 2.
