If Beal really is unhappy in Washington, I'd love to see Okc make a play. A few reasons why I could see it:

1. They have his college coach.
2. They have tons of picks.
3. They are a playoff team.
4. They have guys rumored to be moved.

I think the guy you must move before the deadline for value is Gallo. He's played great, desires to be on a contender, and has had issues with injuries in the past. But here, this scenario keeps him.

Boston gets Adams, Bertans, Ish Smith
***They shore up their biggest weakness and retain picks. Adams also gets to reunite with Kanter which is fun.

Washington gets Hayward, Roberson, Williams III, Edwards, 4 firsts, 2 swaps
***Maybe Hayward isn't a realistic target, but they could see this as their version of a Paul George or Russ trade. Swapping one star for another plus assets to retool over rebuild. They get a legit star in Hayward, expiring money, two assets, four first round picks, and two swaps. Not a bad haul.

Okc gets Beal, Bryant
***If a three guard lineup in okc was the best in the league, imagine a lineup of Paul, Schroeder, Beal, SGA, Noel. They go big and add a great shooter and scorer to a young lineup. Best part is the guy is under contract. Swapping Adams for Bryant is not great, but a much more palatable deal anyways.

I’m assuming Okc would offer the earliest clips/ Miami ones. but I’d be open to any to get Beal.
