Spurs Bulls Trade:

Spurs get: Otto Porter, Jr., Lauri Marrkanen

Bulls get: LaMarcus Aldridge, DeMarre Carroll, 2020 1st from Spurs

Spurs get younger. 3-D speciallist Porter (26) is overpaid and 3 point shooting big in Marrkanen (22) is underpaid. Spurs get out of Carroll's contract. Spurs can afford to give up 2020 1st as they will bring over Eurostash rookie 7'0" Mulatinov next year.

Bulls get Veteran leadership in Aldridge and Carroll. They can utilize Carroll whereas he can't crack the rotation in SA. Aldridge is aging gracefully and the best player in the deal on a reasonable contract. Bulls get a mid range 1st rounder from SA to help compensate for giving up Marrkanen who has the biggest upside in the deal.

I don't know why the Bulls would do this. It's trading away Markkanen where my problem is. They're still rebuilding.
