Toronto is not going to give up cap space in 21 for a player like Wiggins.

The only cap space they woukd have would be siakim and Wiggins. They can easily trade or sign guys like lowry and ibaka to a cheap contract for another season to win now if that means getting a guy like Giannis. Besides. Wiggins is a good player and raptors need skill on the wing someone who can create for them selfs. With size.
