It's a risk, but i think that's a big steal for Dallas.
A Healty Wall would take the presure from Doncic.

Raptors at some point in time may trade Powell to get off his 21 season but it won't be for Fournier and won't include a 1st unless it happens because its time to pay a max free agent.
