Seems there are neither smart no realistic NBA business people. Seems to be a little mood and meaning driver. I mean, Drummond was dealt for a / ONE second 2nd pick last year. Now he has 4 month left on his contract and there are really people thing he has more value? Serioly? Come on. To get Hardaway is the best possible deal Cavs could agree to - and it would fit their needs in addition.

The other package for Beal is the question you can challenge. May another team coulb put in a really good you player, like Miami. But I think Miami will finally go with Oladpio.

Drummond is having his best defensive year since his last allstar nod and you likely can resign him to a cheaper deal this summer. The Pistons sold him off at his alltime low value. Just a year less on the deal ups his value and then you can add that he’s anchoring a defense that’s playing really well on a team that’s winning games. He’s proving his utility on a good team, showing that when on the floor he can raise your floor, you might be able to lock him up long term on a reasonable deal and he’s only 27 with a style that could keep him around a long time.

Fine, it is point of view.

In my one, Cavs would immeditally agree, if Mavs offer Hardaway for Drummond, since THJ is one of the best catch and shoot players and yes, his weakness, he is volatile, did not perform any night. Again, I have no doubt Cavs would take THJ after moving Porter Jr. and on C they have Allen now.

The question on this trade is only if Wiz would see enough value in Brunson, Green and 2x1st for Beal, I do not know.
