Protections on that 2023 first have to be more specific as Philly owe OKC a 2025 first round pick. If would have to be something where if not conveyed in 2023 then Toronto gets a couple of seconds.

So Indy gets nothing in return for Turner? Because any team taking on Harris's contract would get at least 1 1st rd pick just for that.

Shaq, this conversation has happened before.

Harris doesn’t have negative value. He just doesn’t.

I like harris on a Indy team.
I only have a fealing that Turner's value is higher than a late first and Lamb is als worth a first.
so Indy should get minimum an extra first.

I would take this trade if that second philly pick go's to indy.

Shaq, be aware of what's happening on other teams.

Wait, Lamb is worth a 1st? How has he been playing?

to be completely honest. Harris has about as much value as Lowry does. Not 100% sure Lowry has "a first round pick" more value than Harris.

Fred, Harris still has a bigger contract over more years.

He’s also like 7 years younger.

Darry, Harris is 6 years younger. He is more likely to live up to those later years of his contract than Lowry.

I don't see, as good as Harris is, how he will merit a max contract fit for a top 15 player.

Lowry has been predicted to decline every year and every year he proves doubters wrong. I don't know when he will start to regress, but it's safe to say he'll maintain this level of production for at least another year.

Keep in mind Lowry could get anything from 10-25 million in the next couple years, which is exponentially smaller than Harris's contract.
