Johnson has certainly re-established himself as a bonafide NBA player, and it would hurt to trade him from that sense, but his salary would be needed to make it work.
I can't see Jonas alone being worth a 1st (for Toronto, at this time, thought admittedly some GM might think different) but he and Brooks would slide into the 8 man playoff rotation, where Johnson would only be a depth piece.
Hard to find a 5 upgrade out there who is available and can fit into Raptors salary situation, and fit the Raptors style wise. Horford maybe, but Toronto couldn't handle his salary without giving up a key rotation piece. Jonas is probably the best fit
Would Memphis do this trade?

C'mon, Memphis fans. Like I said, Johnson is a nice piece, Baynes might just need a change of scenery (and he's better playing off the bench anyway), McCaw is a super versatile defender, and you get a 1st!
