I really think Siakam would be a great fit in Portland next to Dame and CJ.

Portland: Siakam + Baynes (TO)

Toronto: Nurkic + DJJ (PO) + Elleby + future 1st (unprotected)

Portland can run a lineup of Dame/CJ/Powell/Covington/Siakam small-ball. Otherwise, they can flip CJ for a center.

Thoughts? I think it's not that much for Siakam, but I also think I'm severely biased.

Small ball won't work for Portland. They better send Covington to a third team for a decent big.

I’d take that in a heartbeat. The small ball might not be perfect, but that’s a far more talented team.

Even if they flipped McCollum for another bigger wing like Tobias Harris or Grant, it might be a better fit. Sabonis would be a dream, but doesn’t seem realistic.

Don’t think Toronto values dialogue that low.

But yeah, I’d think Elleby would need to be changed to Simons or Little. Probably Simons, he seems like the best young Blazer with the most upside.

As a Raptor fan I'm happy to know that Masai and Bobby will have more patience with Pascal than Darry has. 3 years of rocketship improvement then 1 year step back (during which he missed time with c.v.) is not the kind of player smart teams dump at pennies on the dollar.
