Raptors get Powell/ Green/ Terry/ Burke

Mavs get Dragic/ Boucher

Why for Raptors?
Getting under the tax, while adding 2 young projects they valued at the draft. Also add Powell as a local culture setter to replace Boucher.

Why for Mavs?
Getting Doncicbuddy for additional playmaking and Boucher as Porz replacement. Doubt that Green and Terry see enough playtime to take the next step, cause Mavs try to compete.

Josh Green is to much - but M. Brown is a 21y young center that would give the Raptors size on Center and Mavs could take Bonga. Done.
